Yes, we provide samples of most products for quality evaluation. Sample charges vary by product and quantity, but are typically refundable against your first order. Please contact our sales team with your sample request and shipping address for details.

We primarily ship via sea freight in containers (20ft or 40ft) for international orders. For smaller orders or urgent shipments, air freight can be arranged. Domestic shipments within India are typically sent by truck. Our logistics team will recommend the most cost-effective shipping method based on your order quantity and destination.

Absolutely! We welcome visitors to our facility in Pollachi by prior appointment. Please contact us at least 3 working days in advance to schedule your visit. We recommend weekdays between 10 AM and 3 PM for the best viewing of our production processes.

Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 certified. Our cocopeat products are OMRI listed for organic use, and we have Ecocert certification for many products. We also comply with international phytosanitary standards. Certificates are available upon request for qualified buyers.
