Quality Processes
Each step carefully controlled for quality and consistency
We source fresh coconut husks directly from local farmers within 50km radius to ensure quality raw material and support the local economy.
Husks undergo natural retting in freshwater for optimal duration (7-10 days) to loosen fibers while maintaining their strength.
Mechanical defibering machines separate long fibers from the husk with minimal breakage for superior fiber quality.
Fibers are thoroughly washed, dried, and combed to remove impurities and ensure uniform texture and color.
Leftover husk material is crushed, washed, and dried to produce premium cocopeat with optimal EC and pH levels.
Fibers are graded by length, thickness, and color. Cocopeat is tested for moisture, EC, and pH before further processing.
Fibers and cocopeat are transformed into various products using specialized equipment for each application.
Finished products are carefully packaged to preserve quality during transit, with customized packaging solutions available.
We maintain direct relationships with coconut farmers within a 50km radius of our facility to ensure a steady supply of high-quality husks. Our quality team inspects each batch for maturity and condition before acceptance.
Our mechanical defibering process combines efficiency with quality preservation. The retted husks are fed into our automated defibering machines that gently separate the long fibers without excessive breakage.
The leftover husk material from fiber extraction is transformed into premium cocopeat through our advanced processing system. Our cocopeat is known for its consistent quality and ideal properties for horticultural use.
Our specialized manufacturing lines transform the processed fibers and cocopeat into various finished products tailored to different applications and markets.
